Our Salmon is imported fresh from Scotland, British Columbia, and Alaska.
No artificial ingredients or additives. We use only the highest quality salmon from progressive farms with environmentally sound farming techniques. This means no antibiotics, hormones, or synthesized dyes are used in the raising of the salmon.
We offer our traditional cold smoked salmon as well as flavored hot smoked salmon using local vendors and seasonal produce.
